imagining how the church can reorient around mission

Heads Up: Some time in the next day or two my blog will be inundated with new posts.  One of the assignments for the Missional Church class I teach is to write 6 blogs over the span of the Jan-term.  There are 19 students, that means there will be…are you ready…114 blogs posted in the next 25 days.  Yikes!!! Actually, it is a amiable takeover of the blogsite. Please forgive the deluge.  If you would like to help with comments, please do.  Each student would appreciate your input.  Be nice though.  🙂 Each post will have to do with the class material or readings.

I hope you enjoy the musings of these 20 year olds.

Nice…Mission Between the Times is on my wish list but haven’t picked it up yet. Great idea to share your blog with your students. It’s fun to see it from their perspective.

I am using Fogotten Ways; The Missional Church (Guder); And (Gathered and Scattered); The Newbigin Reader and Rene Padilla’s Mission Between the Times. Then I am embellishing with a ton of essays by different authors.
